By booking a session with Anna Flavia Photography, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before your session.

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session date and time.

The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of your session.

All sessions are by appointment only. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may reduce your session duration.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling due to illness or emergency is allowed once, with your booking fee transferred to a new date within 6 months.

Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Copyright & Image Rights

All photographs taken by Anna Flavia Photography remain the copyright of the photographer.

Clients are granted personal usage rights to the final, edited images. You may print and share these images for personal use and on social media (credit is always appreciated).

Images must not be altered, filtered, resold, or used for commercial or editorial purposes without written permission.

4. Photographer’s Usage Rights

Anna Flavia Photography reserves the right to use images from your session for marketing, social media, website, promotional materials, and photography competitions.

If you prefer your images not be used publicly, you must submit this request in writing prior to your session by emailing info@annaflaviaphoto.com.

5. Session Expectations

Clients are responsible for ensuring all participants are present, on time, and prepared for the session.

While every effort will be made to capture a variety of images, specific poses or expressions cannot be guaranteed, especially with young children.

6. Safety & Liability

Your safety is very important to me. However, Anna Flavia Photography is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your session, in the studio, or on location.

You accept full responsibility for yourself, your child(ren), and your belongings during the session.

7. Image Delivery & Storage

Final edited images are typically delivered within 4–6 weeks of the session.

Images will be available for download via a private online gallery.

Edited files will be stored for up to 6 months. After this period, retrieval cannot be guaranteed.

8. Retouching & Editing

All delivered images will be professionally edited in the signature style of Anna Flavia Photography.

Basic retouching is included. Any advanced or additional editing requests may incur an extra fee.

9. Force Majeure

In rare cases of illness, emergencies, extreme weather, or equipment failure, Anna Flavia Photography reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session. Any fees paid will be transferred to a new date or refunded if rescheduling is not possible.

10. Agreement

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
